How do I know if I can download ringtones from this site or not?
If you have service with one of our supported carriers just check which phones we support by clicking CHANGE IT! Or GET IT! on the website. If your phone is on the list you will be able to download ringers and wallpapers from this site. If your phone is not on the list or you are with a carrier not shown on the site you will not be able to download ringers and wallpapers from this site. Please write us and let us know your carrier if we aren't supporting it yet. We'll send you updates and let you know when a particular carrier becomes available.
Can I preview the ringtone or wallpaper before I download it?
Yes. On the website, just click the speaker icon to preview a ringtone or the graphic icon to preview a wallpaper. Then if you decide you want to download it just click GET IT.
How do I download ringers if my phone and carrier are supported?
Simply click GET IT on the ringtone or wallpaper you want. If you haven’t already entered your information on a previous purchase, you will be asked to enter your phone number, model and carrier. Once you select OK to confirm, a message will be sent to your phone asking if you want to download this ringtone. Just confirm that you do want it and your phone will start downloading the ringtone. Once the ringtone has completed downloading just go to the section of your phone where ringtones are stored to set it as your ringer. If you have downloaded a wallpaper, go to the section of your phone where images are stored to select and set your new wallpaper.
What if my download is interrupted? Can I try to download the ringer again?
If your download is interrupted because your phone lost service, went out of range or for some other reason you can download the ringtone again at no extra cost. Once you have purchased the ringtone, you get three attempts at downloading it over a 24 hour period. If the ringtone or wallpaper was FREE then just try again. If you need to try and download the ringtone again just go back to the website and click GET IT once again on the same ringtone that you originally purchased and a new text message will be sent to your phone at no extra cost. If you are purchasing a ringtone, you get three attempts within 24 hours so make sure you are likely to get it by the third attempt otherwise any further downloads will cost you again.
How much does it cost to download a ringtone or wallpaper?
You can check the prices next to the ringtones and wallpapers on the website. When purchased, ringtones usually cost $2.49 and wallpapers are $1.99. If marked as FREE, you are not charged to download ringers and wallpapers. Check the website before you buy just to make sure!
Every time I log onto this site my phone number, carrier and phone model have been saved from a previous visit. How can I change this information?
Just click CHANGE IT in the upper right hand part of the site. You will be able to change your carrier, model and phone number here.
I’m selecting GET IT but there is no message coming to my phone. What should I do?
First make sure that you are on one of our supported carriers and have one of our supported phones. Next, make sure your telephone number is entered correctly. Finally make sure that you are getting a network signal and that you have internet service on your phone. If you are out of range or not able to get a signal you will not be able to receive a text message properly and you won’t be able to start downloading any ringtones or wallpapers.
If I have problems that aren’t answered here who did I contact?
You can contact our customer service by emailing here: help@gravitymobile.com. Also, if you are experiencing technical problems please include your phone model and carrier in the email. That will usually help us answer your questions much more quickly. If there’s a ringtone or wallpaper involved please include that as well.
